A CD of a song of the same title, sung by Shelden, accompanies the book.

Shelden’s motivation for creating the book and CD evolved over a period of nearly three years and culminated with the birth of his son—now six years old. “Every time I’d sing this song, the punch line would just hit me—and I found myself spiritually moved to share this message with other fathers,” Shelden said.

Shelden was already a successful and renown corporate life insurance executive when he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a recording artist. Under the guidance of three-time Grammy Award winning composer Marion Evans, Shelden has recorded two albums, “Imagination” in 1999, and “Any Swing Goes” in 2001. His latest CD was arranged and conducted by seven-time Emmy Award winner, and “Sesame Street” Music Director, Mike Renzi, and features veteran bassist, Jerry Bruno (Frank Sinatra, Louie Prima, Liza Minelli) and Joe Coccuzzo on drums (Tony Bennett). back...
